Villa availability is subject to final confirmation from our team.
All information provided during booking must be accurate and valid.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, payment gateway, or other available methods.
A deposit or full payment may be required to secure the reservation.
A booking is considered confirmed once payment has been received and verified.
Prices are subject to change prior to booking confirmation.
Additional charges may apply for optional services such as:
Extra bed
Airport transfer
Private chef
Event decoration
Check-in time: 14:00 WITA
Check-out time: 12:00 WITA
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.
The number of guests must match the booking details.
Additional guests without prior notice may be subject to extra charges.
The villa is intended for temporary accommodation only.
Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
Events or parties require prior written approval.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the guest.
We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.
Cancellation and refund policies follow the agreement made at the time of booking.
Deposits may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
No-shows are considered forfeited.
We are not responsible for delays or failure due to force majeure events,
including natural disasters, pandemics, power outages, or government regulations.
